Terms & Conditions

Appointments are reserved especially for you, a minimum 72 hours’ notice of cancellation is required. We reserve the right to charge a deposit to cover any administrative expenses. We understand that plans change however we ask that notice be provided should you cancel or reschedule.

The Deposit is strictly non-transferable or refundable. If you cancel, don’t show or unable to attend your secured appointment / perfection visit (touch-up) you will forfeit your session. If you require three or more sessions for additional work, changes in style or require more work due to poor healing or compromised after-care an additional fee will be incurred.

DEPOSITS

A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit will go toward the service, and theremaining balance will be due.

LATE & NO SHOW

Everyones time is valuable, so if you are more than 15 minutes late you’ll be considered as a no show for your appointment. Your deposit and appointment will be forfeited. No Exception. This is to keep our schedule on track and to be fair to everyone.

Please take account of traffic and road closures, so you can arrive on time.

CORRECTIVE OR EXISTING TATTOO WORK

If you have previous eyebrow tattoo and are interested in cover up/correction you MUST email us a clear photo of your eyebrows. PRIOR to booking an appointment to be considered

We can NOT guarantee results for cover up/corrective work.  If previous work is too dark, dense, discolored, or large, tattoo removal is highly recommended before booking an appointment to achieve best results.

Cover up/Corrective work generally require multiple sessions for best results and will be charged accordingly.

Not informing your technician can result in a loss of a deposit or a rescheduling fee. Please send photos and inform us. 

RESCHEDULING

Sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to postpone or reschedule your procedure. Please understand that such changes affect not only your technician, but other clients as well. If you need to reschedule your appointment, a minimum 48 hour notice is mandatory. If you DO NOT call with a minimum of 48 hour notice you will lose your deposit and any other future appointments will require another $150 deposit to book a new date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Unfortunately there is no cancellations, since deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you choose to cancel you will forfeit your deposit.

Please read our policy for any contradictions before you book. If you neglect to do so and show up with any condition that makes you an unsuitable client we will refuse service and you will lose your deposit.
